Posttraumatic Stress

There is a lot of misinformation about what posttraumatic stress actually is. Only by understanding the exact nature of stress based trauma can one hope to avoid or recover from it.


Stigma in law enforcement about mental health persists to this day. In fact, recent studies have shown that as much as 70% of law enforcement officers still believe that stigma exists. Only through education can we tear down that barrier that is preventing too many first responders to seek help. 

Stress Management & Treatment

Learn how to manage the stress that is so prevalent in first responder work. Healthy coping mechanisms are critical to maintaining your physical and psychological health. We also discuss how to choose a mental health provider. There are many, but few that have the experience to effectively work with first responders.

Neuropsychology of Trauma

Psychological trauma actually effects how your brain operates and can, overtime, rewire the human brain making it progressively harder to recover.

Goal setting can be a tricky proposition. Are your goals realistic? How are you going to obtain them? This is a main function of life coaching and can help you identify obtainable goals. Then assist you in creating a step-by-step action plan to achieve your desired outcomes.


Many first responders are counting the days until retirement, but then what? In our experience, few have considered that question. There are many pitfalls associated with retiring, such as, loss of belonging, accomplishment, self-worth, and meaning, just to name a few. This training will teach you how to avoid these pitfalls.
